The history of the Bangalore Stadium goes back a long time. It is one of the oldest cricket stadiums in India. Built in 1969, with the help of the government by the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), there are only a few grounds that can rival the magnitude of the matches this venue has hosted. After completion in 1969, the stadium hosted its first First-class cricket match in the 1972–73 season. And then, in 1974, it earned Test status and hosted the mighty West Indies. Chinnaswamy Stadium is known for one thing, and that is being small. The shorter boundaries are a batsman’s paradise, where even a mis-hit can also clear the ropes, and when you hit big, the ball easily flies out of the stadium. over the roofs.
