A step wise guide

Step 1: Initial enquiry: Fill out the enquiry form attached below. Provide basic details, including location, investment capacity and business objectives.

Step 2: Initial discussion: Discussions regarding ZAP’s business model, Investment requirements, market potential and available franchise models.

Step 3: Submission of business proposal: Applicant has to submit business proposal outlining details like preferred location, target customer segment, investment plan.

Step 4: Evaluation and Approval: ZAP’s team evaluates and conducts a market feasibility study. Post approval, a Letter of Intent (LoI) is issued.

Step 5: Signing of franchise agreement: The agreement will include terms of association, revenue share model, franchisee’s rights and support detail from ZAP

Step 6: Training and Set up training: Franchisees will receive training on product, sales techniques, inventory management, setting up.

Step 7: Launching and Marketing: ZAP will help in promoting the business as well. 

Step 8: Ongoing Support: Regular check-ins will be done by ZAP
